NguyenHouse Airport Stay is an apartment in Tan Binh, 500 m from Tan Son Nhat International Airport and 5.2 km from the city centre. Tan Binh lies north-west of the centre, so the city's main sights are reached by a ride rather than a walk. Within 150 m there are several cafés and eating places: Quán Hủ Tiếu Mì Nam Bắc is 100 m away, while Viva Võ Coffee, Trung Nguyen Legend Cafe and Phở An are 150 m away.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 500 m from the property, so it is the closest transport point and the last stretch is short, either on foot or by a short ride. Saigon Railway Station is 3.2 km away for trains. Parking is private and on site without a reservation, but it is charged per stay. Pets are welcome with no extra charge, so a trip with a dog or cat needs no extra arrangement.

Gia Dinh Park, 800 m from the apartment, is a green space for walks, and Pho Quang Pagoda, 600 m away, is a Buddhist pagoda open to visitors. Nguyen Dinh Chieu Market, 1.3 km away, sells fresh food and everyday goods, and the War Remnants Museum, 4.2 km away, covers the years of the Vietnam War.
